Art to Art Holiday Bazaar

art2art-jpgThe first holiday bazaar of the season is this Saturday – already!  Nov. 5, 9AM to 4PM, at Baker Prairie Middle School in Canby, OR.  I’ll be there with a huge collection of astro-photos in traditional prints, backlit film prints, digital images, and calendars.  I’ll also be showing samples of (and, hopefully, taking orders for) backlit prints of customer images.  And with the newly reduced price for my “Space Windows” I expect they will sell very well, just as they did at the Oregon Star Party.

I know it seems very early to be shopping for Christmas, but the schools (and other organizations) that host these events can only do them on Saturdays, so there are really only about 6 days between now and Christmas available.  I’ll be doing at least 5 of them, and will let you know each week about the upcoming event.  Including this one, there will be 3 in Oregon and 2 or 3 in the Vancouver, WA area.

The “Art to Art” bazaar is a new one for me, although we used to live in Canby.  Old friends in the art community there suggested this as a good venue for my photos, and I’m always happy to help support art and science school programs.

I hope to see you in Canby this Saturday – or at one of the upcoming bazaars.  Stay tuned for more details!

About Greg Marshall

I am a retired electronics engineer and after a few months of enjoying my leisure I began to miss doing product development. My astronomy hobby always needed new solutions to unique problems, so I decided that whenever I came up with a good solution I would try to make it available to others.
